Great experience! Our mom ( a retired nurse) needed a vehicle after hers was damaged by flood water. My sister and I decided to purchase another one for her. For those who may know our mom knows that she volunteers in the community.. picking up food and delivering it to different organizations to feed the homeless. She is a victims advocate working with community leaders, and participates in charitable events, and a grandmother. Knowing this my sister and I turned to the internet to find one that fits her. After searching for days finally about 1 o clock in the morning we sent mom a final picture of a Honda Oddsey that was at HodgesMazda near the avenues. The dealership was contacted the next day and the appointment was made over the phone. This was a true family affair. We all packed up and headed to the dealership! We were quite surprised to see our sales representative waiting for us outside! The staff was courteous and made us feel like family. After a fun test drive and review of a CLEAN CAR FAX, SERVICE HISTORY,AND MAINTENANCE INSPECTION, mom was satisfied. The price was affordable. We decided to buy! Although we are in Georgia, our daughter will be attending Flagler College, so we decided to shop a dealer in the St. Augustine area as well as here in our area. That's where I came across Eric Singer. His enthusiasm, professionalism and follow up were incredible. He was knowledgable and friendly, even went so far as to send me a video of the car we were interested in! We ended up purchasing the vehicle locally for a number of reasons, but it wasn't because of the anything Eric did or didn't do. He was great! I really enjoyed my interaction with him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a Mazda in the NE Florida area. More

Truly amazing experience! We test drove both Mazda 3 and 6. Liked the 6 better, but didn't like the red color that much. When we finished our test drive, we saw a new crystal blue Mazda 6 is getting off the delivery truck - it was still plastic wrapped!! We liked it immediately and told Eric that we want that. He arranged everything quickly so that we could drive home a brand new crystal blue Mazda 6. We really didn't expect that it would be all wrapped by that day, but Eric and the other members made it possible. A special shout out to Eric who has immense knowledge and interest in Mazda cars and that helped us as well. Highly recommended! More

I've worked with this dealership in the past and had a great no pressure experience, so I went back looking for a miracle.
