Mazda CX-5 Prior to my purchase of a new Mazda CX-5, I utilized USAA's Car buying service, but also looked at Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book and True Car so I had in Prior to my purchase of a new Mazda CX-5, I utilized USAA's Car buying service, but also looked at Edmunds, Kelley Blue Book and True Car so I had in mind what a good deal might look like for a new CX-5. I worked with Carmine Francese and he was simply fantastic. There was no hassle, no haggling and their initial offer was exactly what USAA's car buying service said was "a great deal." I also got a better than fair price for my trade in as valued by True Car. The overall experience was exactly as advertised by Duval Mazda and I am walking away a happy customer. Carmine new his product well and treated us with respect during the entire process. I would highly recommend Carmine and the entire staff at Duval Mazda at The Avenues in Jacksonville, FL. More
