The haggling with Tom Bush Mazda did allow me to see that they gave me a good price right away. On the way to Duval Mazda I was offered $30 lower from Tom Bush but at that point I was already on the way to Duval and wasn't turning around for $30. More

Car Purchase I purchased my first new car this past Saturday at Duval Mazda and even though the overall process was quite long, Scott made it very enjoyable. Scott was knowledgeable, friendly and very approachable. Scott was able to keep my husband, daughter and I engaged the entire process. He is definitely a great addition to your sales team. I rated the price 3 because of the financing plan NOT because of anything Scott did. I wanted the 0.0% same as cash plan, but I was given 2.9% plan with the explanation that money was taken off the up front price. However, with this interest rate and if I pay to full term I will still lose out on the initial discount. This just seems a little tricky. I would of preferred a better break down of the financing and given more choices, but it was the end of the day and we were all tired. More

Good customer service & car seems to be driving better now I had brake work done related to the SSP on the replacement of the vacuum power brake unit on my 2010 Mazda CX-9. After the replacement of the power I had brake work done related to the SSP on the replacement of the vacuum power brake unit on my 2010 Mazda CX-9. After the replacement of the power brake unit, I no longer hear the hissing noise from my brakes. Previously the brakes sometimes seemed like I had to depress my foot hard on the brake to stop, but that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. The brakes seem to work much better now that the new power brake unit has been put in. The car overall seems easier to drive now, which I am happy about. More

A personable and enjoyable place Duval Mazda was my first stop exactly one month ago when I began my mission to test drive all the subcompact cars in my price range. Being from Gainesville, I didn't expect that I'd be making the trip back to Jacksonville to make my purchase. After visiting with Hyundai, Kia, Nissan and even the Gainesville Mazda dealership; I decided Bryne Duren's helpful, friendly, funny and honest dealings blew every other salesperson out of the water and he was worth the drive back to Jacksonville. I put him through a lot. He priced cars, searched colors and found deals across the state until I finally decided to just buy a car he had on the lot. Perhaps, I could have gotten a better deal elsewhere, but Bryne earned my business with his patience, positivity and good humor. Plus, he just got married recently and probably needs all the money he can get. Bryne even put me in touch with an insurance man that beat an on-line price. The only non-perfect aspect of my experience was the long wait when I went to pick up the vehicle. If not for that, the customer service would have rated a five. I don't blame that on Bryne, though, I blame that on Will Law and his infatuation with Charlie Suh. That's a joke, see . . . I don't really think Will Law is obsessed with Charlie Suh, it's just that he sees Charlie Suh in everyone he meets. That's just his form of optimism; we should all be a little more Charlie Suh. Anyhoo, after a week of driving my tiny new Mazda 2, I am perfectly thrilled with it. Fun to drive, simple, and fuel efficient. More
