I was comparing two offers, one from Classic Mazda in Orlando, and one from Duval Mazda in Jacksonville. They had held the car for me for only two days when I decided to go with Classic, but I still have not had my money returned, and it has been over two weeks of asking for my "fully refundable" hold on the car. Bryne Duren was my salesman and was very cooperative, until I choose Classic. I find it hard to believe that a reputable dealer would do this. More

Will met me at the door as soon as I walked in and took me through the entire process of buying the car from start to finish - no passing me to sales managers, finance managers, etc. This made the process me through the entire process of buying the car from start to finish - no passing me to sales managers, finance managers, etc. This made the process very smooth and quick. The whole process from the time I walked in to the time I drove away in my new car was only 3 hours! Will was very helpful and patient; I didn't feel any rush or pressure as I checked the car over thoroughly and read all the paperwork. The CPO car was missing the owner's manual, even though it was checked off as being present; but they took care of this without any complaints. My MX-5 was also missing the shift pattern sticker that goes on top of the shifter, but they also gave me one free of charge. My only complaint would be that the owner's manual and shifter sticker took 2 weeks to come in, and they never called to give me any status on where they were or when they would arrive. I had to call several times to try to find out. Overall, I had a great experience buying this car and couldn't be happier! They gave me a great deal on a great car, and made the entire process easy!
