Loved my experience with my sales lady Luisa, she was patient and ambitious on finding my car. She never made me feel rushed, I test drove multiple models and was very specific on what color I wanted. Sh patient and ambitious on finding my car. The service performed was good, however, I asked for a tire rotation which they did not do. They said the tires were bad so 'no point'. On the evaluation sheet it said the tires were acceptable. The reality is two of the tires are in very good condition with the other two still in usable condition. I ended up rotating them at home, which wasn't easy and left me a bit upset. More
