After my decision to purchase the CX70(I love it) the sales manager and finance manager came to me and my sales person in the lobby for relaxed honest negotiations and the deal was made there instead of being forced behind closed doors for the hard sell. My sales person Josh Rodgers was awesome and answered all my questions and provided a great route for the test drive. Sales manager Jack Hodges and finance manager Chris Bozeman was exceptional! The dealership is beautiful and they have a nice customer lounge with free snacks and drinks. I so appreciate the low pressure relaxed experience and would recommend Hodges Mazda to anyone looking for an awesome well built car. Thanks to all the friendly staff! I made an appointment for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes late, but asked if it could still be done without a problem. They said yes and acted like It didn’t matter in the least. I was there for three hours after several hours the service technician that checked me in came to tell me that it looked like my car needed an alignment. Also, I asked would it take long he said no so it took one hour for that. I arrived at 1:30. I left at 4:30. When I scheduled my appointment on the phone, I asked how long it would take because I wanted to know whether I could stay there or if I should get a ride. I was told 45 minutes to an hour at the most. More
