Hoffman Audi provides the best service experience I have ever encountered and I've been driving and owning vehicles for 40 years. First, I was able to get a loaner that's the same model as my car -- that's great because you know how it works and where all the buttons/switches/levers are. You just get in and drive. The loaner process is quick and easy. The service folks treat you like a VIP. It was snowing when I picked up my car and it was cleaned off and ready to go when they turned it over to me. They made sure everything was just right. Finally, the service is superb. They pay great attention to detail with the vehicle as well as the customer. If you're thinking about an Audi, or own one already, I would strongly recommend Hoffman Audi for all aspects of the car ownership experience. More
