We were on vacation and out of nowhere our air conditioning would not turn on in our 6 month old car. We called and Sean did not hesitate getting us in for a service appointment even though we were from out of town and had not purchased our car from there. Very professional and we appreciated their attitude and the fact that within three hours we were driving off the premises with the air conditioning working and they had even gone ahead and done our next oil change! Great work Hoffman Audi!

Mark was very knowledgable, explained choices clearly, did not waste my time, no game playing; and when I made a choice, he saw to it that the deal was processed in a punctual and efficient manner. He then gave me a full tutorial in the car's many features.

I made an appointment to have my Audi diagnosed because the check engine light was on. Audi of Watertown was trying to tell me I needed repairs that were not needed. Avoid this dealer and drive the extra miles for a better Audi dealer for repairs. I expected a more professional and articulate staff for an Audi dealership. Extremely disappointed!!

We recently purchased our second Audi from Fathers & Sons (Audi of West Springfield). Another great buying experience and great price! We returned based on our prior buying experience and exceptional service over the nearly 8 years we owned our prior Q5. Both Vinnie and "Z" were great on the sales side and Steve the Service Manager is excellent. My wife and I have always felt that buying a car is also buying the ongoing relationship with the dealership as long as you own the car and we've never been disappointed.
