Brake Squeal I had a high pitch brake squeal at slow speeds just before the car came to a complete stop. However, this problem appeared to be weather and temperat I had a high pitch brake squeal at slow speeds just before the car came to a complete stop. However, this problem appeared to be weather and temperature related and was not constant. I was not able to reproduce the sound initially and requested a second appointment. At which time there was a loaner car waiting for me and the problem was fixed within the same day. The work performed was perfect, no more squeal and I feel the brakes operate smoother than they did before. I appreciate getting my car back freshly washed and vacuumed. More

I have purchased multiple vehicles from Mercedes and BMW dealers in the past and I have to say that this one was the smoothest. Mark was very informative, but laid back. He allowed me to ask as many questions as I wanted and at no time pressured me to buy the vehicle. In the end I asked to purchase the vehicle the same day and they did everything they could to have the car ready for me. I have had my new A8L for a week and I LOVE IT!!!!
