I was greeted by Adrian Hester who was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, incredibly patient and made me comfortable. No pressure, only personal attention, courteous. When time to go over the car at pick up, Adrian took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me with all my settings and phone contact transfer/set up. Adrian is awesome! Unhappy Consumer The staff at the dealership was great: however, I am unhappy with the vehicles because of the problems I have had. First there was a nail in one of t The staff at the dealership was great: however, I am unhappy with the vehicles because of the problems I have had. First there was a nail in one of the rear tires that caused a bumpy ride. There was also a noise coming from the dash when the car reached 40 miles per hour or more. Come to find out that it was caused by a wheel bearing and they told me they were going to replace both front wheel bearings. There was also a scratch on the hood of the vehicle that they are suppose to correct. These problems should not happen with a supposed luxury vehicle. I feel that this vehicle should be replaced. I am schedule to pick up the vehicle later today. More
