I was a first time buying looking for a car that was a gift for myself for all the hard work I had done in school and for being a young age (24) a lot of dealerships did not take me seriously. Very good experience at dealership. I was given a test drive and no hard sell pressure. Only hiccup was doing the paper work when I was picking up the car. Mr. Natter, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Originally I went in to look at a used Audi convertible. We test drove the car, and because it was raining he even had me pull into the garge so he Originally I went in to look at a used Audi convertible. When I drove the car I did not fall in love with it as expected so I asked Mr. Natter if he had any other cars to show me. He asked what I was looking for in a new vehicle so I explained. He then showed me another used car, a 2008 A-4 with only 19,000 miles. I drove that car and fell in love with it immediately. Mr. Natter listened to what I was looking for and was able to meet my needs and desires in a new car for my driving pleasure. In addition when preparing the car for my pick up he noticed a few things he thought I would want fixed and he took care of those items with me having to even let him know thereby foregoing any delay in my ability to have my car in perfect shape upon my pick up. Steve was very informative and helpful in demonstrating the features of the Audi A6. He was patient and took the time I needed to get comfortable with the car.
