The staff was professional, friendly and courteous and the intake was a breeze. They informed me that there were several safety recalls that would be addressed in addition to the service at no charge. They also checked a couple minor items and the car as ready for pick up quickly and nice and clean with a fresh car wash! Highly recommend! More

Efficient, friendly and extremely customer centric. I quake whenever something goes wrong with my A8. This is my 3rd Audi and the most expensive one. Along with the purchase price comes maintenance and I quake whenever something goes wrong with my A8. This is my 3rd Audi and the most expensive one. Along with the purchase price comes maintenance and repair charges. In spite of the expense, the Hoffman group makes you set that issue aside. The service writers, Athena, Jason and Olivia are all very personable and knowledgeable as well. They have been over-the-top accommodating offering loaner cars, and even breakfast and lunch when I choose to wait. The car is always returned DONE and clean; no need to come back again for the same issue. I can't say enough good things about the whole dealership except that I don't even think about buying another Audi anywhere else but Hoffman. More
