Recent Audi purchase Great experience with the salesman Adrian Hester at this dealership. He was very detailed in explaining about the models and the advantages ,which hel Great experience with the salesman Adrian Hester at this dealership. He was very detailed in explaining about the models and the advantages ,which helped me to make my decision. Also very courteous in giving me a ride from home early morning to the dealership and to my office during the day of the purchase. It was day after Thanksgiving day and came in to the dealership around 8:30 am with no appointments and no one was bother to ask if i need any assistance. I have to wait till 9am when Adrian came to his desk after his sales meetings and asked me if i need any help. Dealership should better prepare their front desk to service the walk ins like me. May be not many walk in but still it may happen. Also the dealership lost the key for the vehicle i wanted to test drive so i have to come back next day. More

My Recent Service Experience At Hoffman Audi Hi Hoffman Audi, Everyone at the service dept. treats my car as if it was theirs. When I got to the area to pay for what was done I was told tha Hi Hoffman Audi, Everyone at the service dept. treats my car as if it was theirs. When I got to the area to pay for what was done I was told that a coupon was applied to the service that one of your fine people found on line. So beside going over the car with a fine tooth comb ,finding I needed a new battery ,lucky for me. I will be traveling. I do have complete confidence in your service. Also,Tom your driver was terrific Thanks ,to all of you . Lovely people ,kind and pleasant who work in service and cashier dept. Just one thing I wish you had a gas station on your property so we could gas up before leaving It is a problem in the area See you next year. Love my Audi Susanne More

No follow up after complain and keeping up their words. I brought a Q7 in a quick manner and the sales man promised to return my leased BMW to the sister dealership to make sure it is well taking care of. 2 I brought a Q7 in a quick manner and the sales man promised to return my leased BMW to the sister dealership to make sure it is well taking care of. 2 weeks after I drop off my BMW and picked up my new Q7 and after multiple calls to the salesman and came to find out my BMW was still in their lot and was not returned to BMW. Luckily, my Lease for my BMW was not ended in 2 more days. I contacted the sales manger ( couldn't get a hold with the salesman) and he stated he will return Left the car and get back to me the next day. I left multiple messages from salesman to GM the next day as no one get back to conifrm my car was return. Finally at 6pm the sales manager called told me that my request had been satisfied as he returned the car and didn't think I should be desire a full explanation for what happened as a customer. I expressed what I feel and he said he will follow up and get back to me., which he never did. On top of it, I called multiple times for my Audi connect as it was never set up properly. After a month of my purchase, I am still driving my Q7 without Audiconnect. That is how quick the respond from the dealer. More
