I called by cell phone as I was traveling and under a very busy and pressed scheduled. I was unsure if I could fit the appointment into my schedule and was inquiring bout the time needed to view my car and generate a quote. Rob took down information regarding make model and VIN number of my car and on his own took the initiative to quickly turn a quote around back to me in about 15 minutes, saving me the need for the appointment and my long day becoming an even longer one.
