Across the Miles I live and work in Chicago and my car is garaged at my home in West Hartford so I assumed I couldn't get my to service check up. Sylvester Evans emai I live and work in Chicago and my car is garaged at my home in West Hartford so I assumed I couldn't get my to service check up. Sylvester Evans emailed me to remind me of my routine service. When I explained ai was unable to get my Audi to the Hoffman facility, he offered to pick it up in West hartford and deliver it back for me. I was able to pay my charges online and was delighted with this service. I was in Chicago the entire time. More

Good Service, Detail was lacking Everyone was very friendly and the service was handled great. However the vacuuming and detailing of the car was sub-par. Overall a good experience Dealer was attentive prior to making the sale. Dealer said they were proficient with handling out of state residents buying a car in CT however they Dealer was attentive prior to making the sale. Dealer said they were proficient with handling out of state residents buying a car in CT however they need to become more familiar with the RMV/Insurance paperwork needed. Finance paperwork handling was quick. Car presentation in storeroom nice touch. More
