The service manager (Rob) was very thorough with good follow up. I felt he had my interests in mind to get warrantee support. It may seem a small thing but I do like it that the car comes back cleaned. On a separate matter, I did contemplate doing some proactive maintenance (water pump replacement) but at nearly $500 just for the pump, this was too steep. More

Excellent experience I think we can all agree that the car buying experience can be very stressful. At Hoffman Audi, however, they are receptive to your questions and add I think we can all agree that the car buying experience can be very stressful. At Hoffman Audi, however, they are receptive to your questions and address your needs in a professional manner. The customer service is at a very high level and they take the time to explain the car buying process and the features. Once you have purchased the car, they spend the time that it takes (even after the dealership has closed!) to ensure that you feel comfortable with the car. The only thing that I did not like was that I had to take the car back to get two tires replaced since it was shaking on the highway. This matter was promptly addressed (in 2 days) and I took my car on a long distance drive a few days later without any issues. From this experience, I interacted with the service department which is also amazing and keeps you informed of the progress of your car. Thank you Audi! More
