Scratched my car and have dragged their feet on compensation I took my car in for a straightforward servicing and then took it immediately to the body shop for an estimate on a dent in the rear door. The associate, Alexis Serrano, was very knowledgable and friendly. I was informed that cars are routinely washed after servicing, and when I arrived at the Hoffman body shop immediately after servicing, I noticed new scratches that had obviously been made since the last time the car had been washed. I showed this to the associate at service center, who said he would "take care of it for me," but when I emailed for information on what that meant, I received no response. As a result, I visited the dealership again to discuss the issue with the associate. I was told that since the scratch would be painted over when fixing the previously existing rear dent, there was no need for them to compensate me for anything, but the associate offered to talk with the Hoffman body shop to give me a discount on the paint job. He said he would email me with details on this discount, and I still have not received that email. More

My service advisor is Robert Hlasyszyn and he is exceptional. He works around my schedule and really goes above and beyond to make my appointments as convenient as possible (gets me in quickly, offers a loaner, keeps in touch with updates, etc). He pays attention to detail and is an asset to Hoffman. He is the reason I continue to do business here! I was in this past week and was very pleased overall (as usual) with the service I received. My vehicle needed an oil change and I was feeling a vibration in the front end. Turns out, it also needed new tires as well as the replacement spark plug servicing. They were able to do everything on the spot and still have my car back to me on time! I really like the tires that were selected for my vehicle. What a difference in the handling and performance.
