Great service at first but no follow through! My 2007 A4 was in for recall work in January of 2015 and it was great but after 15k miles a gasket they replaced was leaking ( which had not been leak My 2007 A4 was in for recall work in January of 2015 and it was great but after 15k miles a gasket they replaced was leaking ( which had not been leaking prior to the recall work and 88k miles) and I could not get a call back from service about getting this fixed and why it was not covered. After a week of trying with both the service advisor and trying to get ahold of the service manager, no calls back so I took the next step to call Audi of America. They were great as well and super helpful on the phone but after all was said and done they stand behind their 12 month/12k mile workmanship warranty so they won't cover the repair. I have been an avid vw and Audi customer and have owned 6 all purchased from certified dealers and I'm beyond shocked at they don't stand behind the work. I would not recommend going here. More

Good service, nice people, but not sure what I purchased I brought my car in for an oil change and diagnostic. I was told that all of the fluids needed to be filled. The cost was $720 (which included a dis I brought my car in for an oil change and diagnostic. I was told that all of the fluids needed to be filled. The cost was $720 (which included a discount coupon for the oil change) and I'm not sure if the fluids were drained and replaced or merely "topped them off" which is what the service person (who was very nice and professional) said. One of the fluids was the window washer fluid! More
