It couldn't be better! While near Hartford, on my way to Maine, my Audi's engine suddenly stopped, and without power i was able to get to the right shoulder, where I took ou While near Hartford, on my way to Maine, my Audi's engine suddenly stopped, and without power i was able to get to the right shoulder, where I took out the small Audi plastic card and phoned Audi Service. Within 15 minutes a tow truck showed up, and a few minutes later we were on our way to Hofmann Audi. When we arrived, we meet Alexis Serrano, who immediately had the car checked and regretfully told us that the engine has a hole in it. I suddenly had a waking nightmare about what an engine replacement might cost. However, after checking, Alexis found that engine replacement was covered by our pre-owned certified warrantee! He also made arrangements to get us a rental car at a very good price. We won't on to our vacation in Maine, and Alexis stayed in touch to let us know what was happening, and on our way back picked up our car, complete with new engi and ignition, all for under$100! Truly, it is better to be lucky than smart, and to have Hofmann Audi nearby. While it is preferable not to have engines break down, we could not have had a better experience anywhere. Alex Levy More

There were multiple steps in the process where things needed to be redone or weren't handled correctly. They weren't familiar with the registration process in Massachusetts even though the dealer ship is approx 30 min and this caused delays and issues with the state inspection. More
