I have bought two Audi's from Hoffman and they have always been A1 in service and personnel. Their mechanics are magicians - my Q7 was purchased new but I also have "vintage" TT and they serviced both with the same level of professionalism and courtesy. Rob in the service department is amazing and so meticulous in his work, Joel works magic on my TT - thank you!!! And Tony (car loaner extraordinaire) gets you into a loaner car so quickly you don't even have time to get that free cup of coffee (and breakfast). This is a great place if you want to be a part of the great brand of Audi. More

When picking up the vehicle I was hoping that the car would have been prepped and ready for us but some items were still in the packaging and there was a little confusion. However, they did ask if we had any questions and walked us through most of the vehicle features. This was the most convenient and to the point dealer my family and I have ever shopped with. They were available and responded promptly anytime we had any questions and stand by their products, which are outstanding and reliable. More

Asked for it to be painted black rather than the dark metallic grey of the existing one. Looks like new, but is not black - is dark metallic grey! Took a while - 1.5 weeks - but expected it and was told it would take that long. Had an excellent loaner for the duration. VERY expensive, but much less than a new TTs! More
