Hoffman Audi of East Hartford

Here is the bad experience I had with th Audi Hoffman from East Hartford CT. I came for a xenon light bulb that had burn on Tuesday. They charged me $378 to replace the piece a I had with th Audi Hoffman from East Hartford CT. I came for a xenon light bulb that had burn on Tuesday. They charged me $378 to replace the piece and I came back home: a 30 minutes’ drive during which the burned light bulb alert came back. I thus came back the next day to the garage and they took my car for a better diagnosis of what was the problem. They needed to keep my car and the advisor told me that the pieces to change wouldn’t be expensive. I waited until the next day to obtain the final diagnosis: I need to change BOTH headlight control units , $524 each piece. As they do not have those pieces in stock, I came back for the third time to get my car back and get the advice to look for used pieces that could be less expensive. I left the garage and found out that my windows, mirrors, locker controls, and every single light of the car are not working anymore. I came back to the garage and they told me this was unrelated to the work they did to diagnose the headlight control units problem and that if I wanted to diagnose this problem I will have to pay for it. Basically I came for a simple light to change and came back home with a car in a worst state. I paid $378 for a xenon light to change and now none of my lights are working !!! More

He located the special color that I wanted and had the car to me in a few days. Pickup was way beyond exceptional the car looked fantastic and everyone at Hoffman was very nice.
