Super Service Experience I arrived at Hoffman Audi about 3 PM on a Monday afternoon. I had little hope of accomplishing what I came to do, but decided to give it a try. I arrived at Hoffman Audi about 3 PM on a Monday afternoon. I had little hope of accomplishing what I came to do, but decided to give it a try. I was promptly greeted by Jay, a Service Consultant, he addressed my service request. My vehicle was quickly taken into service, the problem was addressed and resolved. I could not help but be impressed. Jay reached me in the service waiting area, explained what was done and charged me out. The showroom and waiting area were immaculate. The cars on display looked like they just had been detailed. The waiting area had super comfortable chairs, a TV monitor, a remote to select whatever I wanted, and a really nice area with soda and coffee. I came in for service and I left almost buying a car. So, my thanks to Jay, the service folks, and the Hoffman family for a very positive experience. More

Life Savers I was on my way from New Jersey to Boston this past weekend and had a low / flat tire on my 2016 A3 convertible. I called Hoffman and told them my is I was on my way from New Jersey to Boston this past weekend and had a low / flat tire on my 2016 A3 convertible. I called Hoffman and told them my issue and that I was in a huge hurry. They checked to make sure they had the tire, which they did, and then put on the new tire and sent me on my way. I was able to make it to Boston on time thanks to Hoffman Audi. More

Gas door repairs I am replying to a service visit my wife had back in April. It involved her gas door not opening. We paid $317 to "fix it". Still didn't work a week l I am replying to a service visit my wife had back in April. It involved her gas door not opening. We paid $317 to "fix it". Still didn't work a week later and brought it back. She was asked by Olivia If she locks her doors when getting gas which she does. Well unbeknownst to us the gas door doesn't open while doors are locked. We now have paid to fix the gas door which wasn't broken. I disputed charge on credit card which was subsequently charged back after Elliott (service mgr) responded. I repeatedly called Elliott and Olivia but never got returned calls from them. I want the $317 refunded!! More
