I recently had reason to work with your parts department on two occasions I would like to share with you a few observations regarding your dealership. I recently had reason to work with your parts department on two occasions. First I want to let you know that Steve is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have met regarding the line of cars/parts that he represents. I have previously owned other brands of vehicles and this is the first time I have enjoyed interacting with a parts department as most others make you feel like it is a bother to them. On Saturday 7/2/2016 I was in to have some service done with Alex being the service contact. I have another compliment for him. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly with excellent people skills. He worked with me to add a few tasks to my appointment that I had previously not mentioned. He then when on to explain in detail the findings of an inspection I requested. I can assure you that the future needs of my car will be met by your dealership because of these 2 individuals.
