First I want to let you know that Steve is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have met regarding the line of cars/parts that he represents. I have previously owned other brands of vehicles and this is the first time I have enjoyed interacting with a parts department as most others make you feel like it is a bother to them. On Saturday 7/2/2016 I was in to have some service done with Alex being the service contact. I have another compliment for him. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly with excellent people skills. He worked with me to add a few tasks to my appointment that I had previously not mentioned. He then when on to explain in detail the findings of an inspection I requested. I can assure you that the future needs of my car will be met by your dealership because of these 2 individuals. Good Service This is my second Audi being serviced at Hoffman. Each time, the cars are fixed correctly and on the first visit. I love the efficiency and cleanliness of the service bays and then enjoy the lunge when I do stay. Most times I get a loaner and again, the cars are clean and enticing (mostly new ones tha make you want to upgrade!). If there is a rub, Audi service is very expensive. Special deals help but I dread a big problem without warranty. All around, I love Audi vehicles, (this is my 3 one) and recommend them and Hoffman to others. More
