Good Service This is my second Audi being serviced at Hoffman. Each time, the cars are fixed correctly and on the first visit. I love the efficiency and cleanliness of the service bays and then enjoy the lunge when I do stay. Most times I get a loaner and again, the cars are clean and enticing (mostly new ones tha make you want to upgrade!). If there is a rub, Audi service is very expensive. Special deals help but I dread a big problem without warranty. All around, I love Audi vehicles, (this is my 3 one) and recommend them and Hoffman to others. More

Accommodating and Professional On a what was forecast to be a hot summer day, my A6 air conditioner stopped working. A call to Hoffman service got me an appointment within the hour. Saved the day I had a flat tire on I91 on my way from Vermont to Myrtle Beach with a completely loaded car. I called Audi Connect and Joel from Hoffman came out to I had a flat tire on I91 on my way from Vermont to Myrtle Beach with a completely loaded car. I called Audi Connect and Joel from Hoffman came out to help me out. The tire was destroyed and Joel called the dealership who started a search for a replacement tire. We went back to the dealership and they found a tire in a different town, but said it would take 3 hours to get it. They had a full service center and people out sick, but in the end, they took a tire from another new Q3 to replace mine and got us on the road in a couple of hours. The entire staff was helpful and worked hard to get us on our way. I wish I lived closer to Hoffman, because I would use them for all my service needs. More

Quick and easy I brought my new A7 in for service without an appointment on Monday as my passenger from tire was leaking.
