Although we only ever had a very positive experience with our BMW, we have recently been drawn to the Audi as a possible new purchase for several reasons but its excellent overall ratings for safety and performance far surpassing it's competitors remained first and foremost in our decision. Admitting that a certain degree of anxiety and stress related to a new car purchase should be expected, we visited Hoffman Audi of East Hartford and were immediately reassured that there would, indeed, be no reason whatsoever for any of those expected emotions. On the contrary, the very welcoming and genuine comportment of our salesperson, Brandon Chin, from the moment we entered the showroom was beyond our greatest expectations.
