Superior service, friendly & extremely helpful staff Due to a minor incident, I had to bring my car in to have the tires replaced. I was also planning on having the car aligned, but I forgot to mention that my sunroof was rattling constantly. To my pleasant surprise, my car was silent when I picked it up. Jason noticed the rattle & the technicians took care of it without adding any additional time on to my repair. Every time I go to Hoffman, I work with Jason and I feel like I can trust him to take care of me like I would trust my brother. I really appreciate having a dealership & a service advisor that I can trust to take care of me and my vehicle. More

Best Car Buying/Leasing Experience Ever Brandon and Dani were absolutely fantastic to deal with. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. Brandon was my sales Brandon and Dani were absolutely fantastic to deal with. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. Brandon was my sales consultant and he was tremendous. It was nice having him drive first to show me some features and then let me drive, especially in a "real world" situation! The fact that he was able to answer every one of my questions without hesitation (and what I now know is correctly) is truely impressive. No pushy sales tricks, no upsells, just letting the car sell itself and helping where needed. I can say that after nearly 20 years of buying and selling you are the best I have ever dealt with. I also have to point out that in addition to Brandon and his awesomeness, Dani (sales manager) was involved from start to finish and made what was a very difficult deal to get done (early trade in on a lease, extremely competitive numbers from another Audi Dealership) look easy. I know it took a massive amount of work but he never let it show. He was upfront, honest, and helpful every step of the way. He said he was sure that we could figure out a way to get a deal done, and he delivered. All around a great guy and someone that you want to be working with when buying a car. Best advice I can give..........if you are ever in the market for an Audi do yourself a favor and go to Hoffman. Ask for Brandon, ask for Dani, or ask for anyone really. They are truly a team there and will get you the best possible deal. More
