While I was waiting to talk to the service tech my salesman Steve Stellar came over to say hello and went and got someone to help me. It has been over a year since I bought my Q3 but Steve always makes a point to say hello and make sure I am taken care of. The rest of my visit I worked with Athena who is always cheerful and has great energy. She was very good with me on the phone when I made the appointment and very nice and helpful throughout the visit. She really makes coming in for service a pleasure. More

We picked up the car in the evening and he explained to us the "oil consumption test" in terms a normal human can understand. We will follow his instructions and return for a re-check. Rob has to be one of the friendliest service advisers I've dealt with in a long, long time and his knowledge of the product is overwhelming. Hoffman's is lucky to have him as part of their team. More

Decent results, hassle of a process After coming in with a tranny issue on my '13 S4, I was told there was a slow leak one of my tires- caused by a construction staple which left two sma After coming in with a tranny issue on my '13 S4, I was told there was a slow leak one of my tires- caused by a construction staple which left two small holes. They removed the wheel from the car, and the tire from the wheel - expecting me to shell out $280 for a new tire. They insisted the tire was ruined and beyond repair due to the TWO holes (plug/patch). Needless to say, I left on a donut. After consulting a tire professional, I decided I would like them to plug it. However, when the aforementioned tire professional physically examined the tire, they pointed out that whoever had removed it from the car (Hoffman) had buffed the inside of the tire down to the cords (in an attempt to plug it), effectively ruining the tire. After returning to the dealer, the hassle I had to go through to get them to comp a tire was ridiculous. For a dealer that rakes in thousands on daily basis on car service alone, a single tire shouldn't even dent their profits. I must stress that this was not the decision of the service consultant, but their supervisor. What irks me isn't the hassle I had to endure, but the fact that they TRIED TO PLUG the tire, buffed it down to the cords, ruined it, and then told me that the tire couldn't be fixed because there was two holes. This dishonesty from such a renowned dealer was surprising and extremely off-putting. Again, I would like to iterate that I had a positive experience with the service consultant himself. More
