Exceptional!!! Hoffman Audi handled all the scheduling and arranged to have my windshield and front grill replaced the same day. They coordinated with the auto glass replacement company and worked with Audi to obtain a new front grill at not cost to me. All I did was drop off my car and they called me later that day when the work was completed. I was given a loaner car - an Audi or course - and my day could not have gone any smoother.
