Didn't even know Hoffman Audi existed until we read the reviews of dealerships online. We decided to do the drive. It was easy. Straight on 95. Who knew for the first time in our car buying lives ( we are in our 60s), the entire car purchasing process could be fair, smooth and pleasant? We've bought numerous cars for ourselves and all of our children so we are skilled at the game. We've purchased all high end cars, BMWs , etc but decided recently in life Audi would be the car of choice. The dealership was the variable along with the salesman. We were truly impressed with Clint Riley and that's not a frivolous statement. He was by a clear margin the most honest , astute and reputable car salesman we have ever dealt with. There was not a question or concern he could not answer, and we had many. We fire verbally like machine guns. Clint, with grace and ease, addressed every single one. Not many people would tolerate us but Clint did. He stole us from our regular dealership. Bob Cope swooped in at the end to ensure all we wanted was delivered. We bought our 4 th Audi from Hoffman. In the next year we are due to buy another due to a move to a new state. We will buy from Hoffman. Make the drive from Fairfield county. Break free from the bubble. BLOWN AWAY! I was BLOWN AWAY! This was my first service at a new dealership. I'd never owned an Audi before, and I was a little intimidated. I was greeted in the I was BLOWN AWAY! This was my first service at a new dealership. I'd never owned an Audi before, and I was a little intimidated. I was greeted in the drop off area, and directed to Mark Steponaitis in the service department. Mark was EXTREMELY helpful, and couldn't have been more pleasant on a Monday morning. I had a software update that I hadn't scheduled and he said it would be no problem to take care of it, while the 15,000 mile service was being performed. Mark directed me to the waiting area, and offered me a breakfast sandwich while I waited. I said no thank you, and he said there were cold beverages in the refrigerator, a Starbucks coffee station and granola bars for my convenience, just help myself. At first, I thought, maybe he's just being nice to me, because I'm new here. But, Mark treated everyone he waited on, like they were the most important person at that moment. While I was waiting, everyone I came into contact with was friendly and courteous...Salesmen and ladies, technicians, managers...everyone. Raquel Blonshine, who sold me my car, came by and said hello, and asked if I needed anything. Also, if I needed privacy for a personal call, there was a "privacy room" down the hall for customer use. Robert Duncan asked if I needed anything and if I'd like a coffee or anything. It's nice to feel welcome. About an hour and a half went by and Mark came by and said it was only going to be a few more minutes, they were washing my car. I just thought they were going to run it through one of the local car washes, but I looked and they were "hand washing" and vacuuming my car. Mark had me sign my receipt and I was on my way. This may seem like a normal visit to a lot of people, but to me, the service was AMAZING! I've told at least a dozen people about this experience. All I can say is "THANK YOU"...I really do appreciate that and I'm not sure if I'll ever get used to that level of service! But please, don't stop.
