After several follow up discussions with Pete, we ultimately decided to custom order a A6, which was delivered two weeks ahead of the promised date. When a remote graduation ceremony on Memorial Day weekend threatened to postpone my pick-up date, Pete generously picked me up at my home on Friday afternoon to facilitate my getting the car when I needed it. All questions were answered via email and phone in timely fashion and honest answers were given. After making the 2 hour drive to Hoffman, I was taken very well care of and the honesty of cost and need continued with the business manager- he didn't try to sell me everything as he knew some products were not geared towards me. I appreciate honesty in this difficult business. Not only did Hoffman make leasing a car a rather pleasant experience, they went above and beyond to impress this previous BMW owner. Still having issues I brought my convertible A4 in for several issues, and asked for a complete dianostic to be run as well. Immediate issues were addressed, but diagnostic obviously not run because I wasn't even off the lot when the check engine light came on again. I had to schedule an additional service appointment to get further issues looked at. The only reason I am rating this service as average is due to the phenomenal service by Dominic Parker! He has been extremely accommodating, and has done his best to try and help me resolve all the issues that keep occurring. More
