I had a scheduled appointment for service later this week, but realized last week, that my rear brakes were down to the metal. I called Bob DiNapoli, who was able to arrange for my car (RX 350) to be picked up the following day....this is not an easy feat , as they provide me with a loaner car, which, obviously is tougher to schedule. Tim was wonderful (with delivery and pick up) and was quite helpful in answering the many questions I had about the newer, larger version....as it is considerably bigger!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Hoffman.... More

Carlos Villaverde was very patient and answered all my questions whether crazy or serious. He gave me time to decide and did not push at all. I was so nervous taking the car home but Carlos was very sensitive to that and called me up to make sure I was alright. It was a super experience and will definitely recommend this dealership to folks I know who want to buy a Lexus. More

Excellent emergency help My Lexus ES-300's check engine light went on as I drove north from New York City, and there were signs that the car was about to break down. I called My Lexus ES-300's check engine light went on as I drove north from New York City, and there were signs that the car was about to break down. I called Hoffman Lexus to see if they could fit me in. Despite no openings in their busy schedule, they agreed to look at my car first thing in the morning, made a quick diagnosis, found a loaner for me while they got the part, and fixed the car within 24 hours.
