45k Service Appointment Walked over to the East Hartford facility and worked directly woth Bob DiNapoli to set up an appointment for the 45k service for the very next day. I Walked over to the East Hartford facility and worked directly woth Bob DiNapoli to set up an appointment for the 45k service for the very next day. I scheduled a 7am drop off with the potential to have to use the early bird at 6:30am. I got to the East Hartford facility early so parked in front and walked around back to use the early bird drop off. As I was filling out the paperwork Lindsay Fenton approached and took charge of my early bird drop off letting me head off to work immediately. Lindsay kept in touch using IM and the phone as needed to ensure I understood the options to consider and why. She also took the time to make sure I got back to the East Hartford facility via a pick-up as the weather has changed and walking was not such a good idea. Fenton came to my office and brought me to the East Hartford facility. Excellent service and excellent customer focus from all 3 parties I worked with. Thank you. More

I had a scheduled appointment for service later this week, but realized last week, that my I can not say enough about the service from Hoffman Lexus. I had a scheduled appointment for service later this week, but realized last week, that my rear brakes were down to the metal. I called Bob DiNapoli, who was able to arrange for my car (RX 350) to be picked up the following day....this is not an easy feat , as they provide me with a loaner car, which, obviously is tougher to schedule. Tim was wonderful (with delivery and pick up) and was quite helpful in answering the many questions I had about the newer, larger version....as it is considerably bigger!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else but Hoffman.... More
