⸻ I left the service center with a new scratch on my new car that definitely wasn’t there before. I understand they take photos prior to service, but they should also take them afterward—because it’s cl new car that definitely wasn’t there before. I understand they take photos prior to service, but they should also take them afterward—because it’s clear that someone working on the vehicle caused a small, fine scratch that didn’t exist when I brought it in. Also, the waiting area experience wasn’t great. There was a woman in the lounge talking on speakerphone very loudly for about 30 minutes straight. It was disruptive, and I feel like a manager should have stepped in and asked her to take the call outside to maintain a more comfortable environment for everyone. More
