He even stayed late on Saturday to answer our questions and gave us a deal we ultimately couldn't say no to. When we picked up the car, Al walked us through all the financing quickly and easily. From the moment we walked in Anthony greeted us with a smile and handshake and continued to go out of his way to find us the car we desired. He was extremely attentive, responsive and very friendly to work with. We also worked with Al from financing and had an equally satisfying experience. Al thoroughly went through all documents prior to signing and even changed the price of our vehicle when he saw payments were going to be higher than what we agreed upon. This was something my husband and I really took appreciation to as it builds trust between the consumer and the dealership. Service on March 14th Top notch service.had front tires replaced and a front end allighnment.received a very nice rx350 loaner. headlight replacement I was able to get in the day I called for an appointment, great!. Waited an hour before they came to tell me what the cost would be, then another hal I was able to get in the day I called for an appointment, great!. Waited an hour before they came to tell me what the cost would be, then another half hour when it was completed. The light works great, and they returned it clean, inside and out! Just would like to have not had to wait so long. While there, I asked for an estimate to do body work on the car where rust was forming on a rear door, about 6 inches long. The estimate came back to replace the entire door!!! $2000+. I silently gasped, and decided to look elsewhere for body work. More
