Our Assistant Service Manager, Bob DiNapoli has informed me that when you originally visited for your battery concern we requested that you leave your vehicle overnight to allow us time to properly perform our diagnostics process. You declined to leave the vehicle and informed us that you would charge your battery at home. On March 17th we replaced your battery and Bob suggested installing a battery tender to prevent the battery drain on your LS430 since you do not drive it very often. Although you decided that you did not want a battery tender, we are here whenever you need us and are happy to accommodate you. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.
