I have been made aware by our assistant service manager, Bob DiNapoli, that when you came in for your oil change and inspection you requested to be dropped off at work and picked up when the work was completed. When Bob called to inform you that your vehicle was ready, he received your voicemail and left a message for you to call him when you were ready for your ride back to the dealership. Bob did not hear back from you and upon returning from a break he discovered you had received your own ride back to the dealership and was not aware you were waiting.
