Bad Service Dropped my vehicle off in the AM for an oil change and inspection. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon. After being notified my vehicle was Dropped my vehicle off in the AM for an oil change and inspection. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon. After being notified my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I went to go pick the vehicle up and waited in the lounge area for the service person to bring my car around. After an hour waiting I went to go check on the hold up to find that the service person had went to lunch without notifying me or bringing my car in. Luckily, one of the other service members was able to grab my car and cash me out. I also did not receive my inspection report as I usually do when I go to Lexus for service. Very dissapointed at this experience. More

great experience again at Hoffman Lexus I brought my RX350 in for its routine maintenance and this time I needed a loaner car. My experience was absolutely perfect. They had my loaner ready I brought my RX350 in for its routine maintenance and this time I needed a loaner car. My experience was absolutely perfect. They had my loaner ready and as soon as my car was ready they called me and I was able to pick up my vehicle earlier than they had expected.
