Bad Service Dropped my vehicle off in the AM for an oil change and inspection. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon. After being notified my vehicle was Dropped my vehicle off in the AM for an oil change and inspection. I was told it would be ready in the afternoon. After being notified my vehicle was ready to be picked up, I went to go pick the vehicle up and waited in the lounge area for the service person to bring my car around. After an hour waiting I went to go check on the hold up to find that the service person had went to lunch without notifying me or bringing my car in. Luckily, one of the other service members was able to grab my car and cash me out. I also did not receive my inspection report as I usually do when I go to Lexus for service. Very dissapointed at this experience. More

Great Experience I recently just brought a Lexus from Hoffman Lexus a week ago. It was a great experience for me, in which I had the pleasure of working with Eddie Adk I recently just brought a Lexus from Hoffman Lexus a week ago. It was a great experience for me, in which I had the pleasure of working with Eddie Adkins and Al Ramos!! Eddie and Al did everything and anything to make me feel comfortable and get me in a new vehicle!! The both of them worked extremely hard and I appreciate everything they did for me.! Having these two individuals made everything a lot easier. Also at the same time I was able to do something more important on he way, build a relationship with the two of them!
