Excellent Customer Service I was incredibly pleased with my experience at the service center for Lexus Hoffman. I had brought my car in for a recall, but given that I had a chec I was incredibly pleased with my experience at the service center for Lexus Hoffman. I had brought my car in for a recall, but given that I had a check engine light on at the time, I had requested that they also read the codes and clear them, if appropriate. Within 30 minutes of dropping my car off I received a call from Lindsey stating that the code was simply due to a faulty gas cap, which I had replaced as soon as the light came on, so they simply cleared the code for me. She also recommended that I have the PCV valve and spark plugs replaced, so I had that done while they did the work for the recall. The only complaint I have is that I didn't get to keep the loaner for longer since the recall was performed so quickly! Thanks for everything. More

Great experience One of the easiest cars I have ever bought. I did know what car I wanted before I got there and had a good idea of what I wanted for a trade in price. Fair price right off the bat. I was a little skeptical about going there as i did not have a good experience there 3 years ago when I was looking to replace my 2008 Lexus. This experience was totally different. Amazing what a difference a different salesperson makes. I ended up buying my car 3 years ago at another dealer because of that and probably would have gone back to that one if they had the car I was looking for this time. I'm glad I didn't and would highly recommend Hoffman and Ryan to anyone looking for a Lexus. More
