After the service was completed I mentioned to Bob, that someone had slightly scraped the drivers door while I was parked at Bradley Airport a few weeks ago. He asked if I had a little more time to see if someone could do a little wet-sanding on the car. It looks great and I left with a huge smile on my face. The Hoffman team came through for me. More

But when they heard we were planning ski the next day we got an appointment squeezed in. Sarah was very understanding that waiting with my kids too long would be trying for us and asked how she could help speed up the process. We opted out of the complimentary car wash. She even took in to consideration that the roof rack should be positioned to not block our view of the sky light. We were very happy with how professional and courteous everyone at the service department were. More

He was informative regarding the repairs needed and explained it in a way that I could easily understand. Furthermore, when the repairs were complete, he coordinated an oil change for me with the service department, which saved me having to do that. This demonstrated a high degree of professionalism and the type of customer service that differentiates you in the marketplace. More
