One of a Kind Experience I came into Hoffman Lexus looking for a vehicle I found online and was told it was in the showroom. When I got there I was told that it was actually s I came into Hoffman Lexus looking for a vehicle I found online and was told it was in the showroom. When I got there I was told that it was actually sold so I was frustrated that I wasted my time to travel all the way to East Hartford. However, everyone in the showroom was friendly and courteous and willing to work with me to find something else. I met with a sales manager named Walter who was kind enough to offer me better pricing on the car I find. He passed me on to a salesman, Woody, who was also very helpful. No one was pushy and just looking to make a sale. I left that day without a vehicle but made my back because of the great service I received while I was there. All of the people I encountered there were very professional and helpful, whether I was actually making a purchase or not, and that is even more comforting. Buying a car is big decision and I didn't want to be stuck with something I did not like in a few days or could not afford. I thank everyone at Hoffman Lexus for their hospitality. More

I just leased my third Lexus (two from Hoffman Lexus) and the experience was great. My husband and I worked closely with Eddie Adkins who went above and beyond the call of duty for us! The day we went to look at the NX-200t, I couldn't make up my mind on which colors and styles I liked and I unfortunately dragged Eddie and my husband around the inventory lot for about three hours sitting in different models and test driving back and forth... Long story short, Eddie never hesitated to assist us with whatever it was we wanted. His selfless service and integrity during this entire process was spot-on, everything from delivering us the price we were interested in to finding us the perfect vehicle. We are definitely going to be stopping in to say "hello" to everyone as we feel like a part of the Hoffman family.
