On the day of pickup, he stayed late to accomodate our schedule, took his time to go through the entire car with me and did not rush me out. Alexandro was also helpful, considerate of our limited time, and knowledgeable when we met to sign for our deal. We had previously had a Lexus from this dealership, switched to a Mercedes and are now back in a Lexus. After this experience, I will ALWAYS be in a LEXUS and will only deal with TOM RYAN!!
