I backed into another car and had an obvious scraped up area on my car. I stopped in @ Hoffman Lexus on my way home to make an appt to have body work done and Jim Berube offered to have them try to buff i area on my car. Very informative, pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. After picking up my vehicle, I mentioned to Dean, that the reason why I purchased my new RX350 was a direct result to his customer service. I had spent several weeks looking at the Audi Q5 and would have probably purchased that vehicle, if anyone at that dealership had any interest in talking to me. After being ignored for the 4th time in 2 weeks by the fine folks at Audi, I drove next door to Lexus, and met Dean. Again, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, and interested in me as a client!
