A relatively seamless car buying experience When I walked into the dealership for my appointment, I was greeted by Peregrin Phillip, who ended up being the sales associate that I worked with to When I walked into the dealership for my appointment, I was greeted by Peregrin Phillip, who ended up being the sales associate that I worked with to purchase my car. He was professional, courteous and personable. While I didn't purchase a Lexus - the manufacturer he's most familiar with - he was still willing and able to help me learn more about the car, get any of my questions answered and my concerns addressed promptly and effectively. When considering purchasing a new or used car from Hoffman Lexus, I suggest you request Mr. Phillip as the person to work with. I was also appreciative of his willingness to communicate with me any time, day or night, whenever I had a question or needed a status update on the car. The terrific service didn't end there. Once Peregrin and I had formalized our deal over a handshake (and a deposit on the car), transitioning over to the "finance manager" to draft up the terms and complete the sale - Peter Quagliaroli, was a great experience. Mr. Quagliaroli was not only able to provide me with answers to all of my financial questions, he provided me with a level of peace of mind about my purchase that I've never experienced at another dealership. You're always taking a bit of a gamble when buying used, but Peter made me feel confident in my decision by stressing the value and level of service I could expect as a Hoffman Lexus customer should an issue with my vehicle ever arise. Steve Brown has been the mechanic on both occasions and I think he gets me, I take good care of my car and I expect other to do the same when I have entrusted the vehicle to them. Thank you Steve, well done. Sarah Gagnon and Monica Pelletier have listened to my concerns and made sure my requests were carried out. Both women are very pleasant and I felt comfortable speaking with them. They were both present when I arrive in the evening to return the loaner and pick up my car. This means they put in along day since I am there by 7:30am and back after 5pm. More

And I must say that this was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a Service D Hello, This was my first experience at Hoffman Lexus. And I must say that this was one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a Service Department. Jocelyn/Service Admin was perfect, she greeted me at the door with a smile, and worked with me to ensure I would be satisfied with our encounter. Because I wanted some additional things to be done with the service, she provided me with a loaner so that I could handle some business while my car was being worked on. She called me, and kept me updated, each step of the service. Furthermore, Going forward, I will continue to have my Lexus serviced here, due to the fantastic customer service that I received. Saved our Vacation We packed our stuff and the dogs and were on our way to Vermont when the sidewall on our RX 350 blew. When this happens you must replace the tire. We We packed our stuff and the dogs and were on our way to Vermont when the sidewall on our RX 350 blew. When this happens you must replace the tire. We put on the spare tire and called Hoffman Lexus in Hartford, CT, 40 miles up Rt. 84. Sweet Caitlin in service said they had a new tire for us and they would be happy to help us get on our way. It was 3:30 in the afternoon and we were 40 miles away. We knew we would hit stop and go traffic in both Waterbury and Hartford and, indeed, at times we crawled bumper to bumper through the cities. We finally got to Hoffman Lexus and their service department at 4:40. We knew they closed at 5:30 and time was short but they greeted us warmly and directed us to the customer waiting room while they replaced the tire. While in the waiting area we were entertained by Mr. Personality, our car salesman, Matt Lewis, who had us laughing and enjoying ourselves. A short time later, Caitlin came to us and told us our car was ready and we were on our way to our mini vacation. Thank you so much Hoffman Lexus Service Department. You are the best. More
