Follow-up with an 'on-boarding' process for the new technology and it turned into an awesome experience. It just kept going - the service department looked after us and facilitated the inconvenience of routine maintenance... we were spoiled! So....why am I writing this if I was so happy with my car - well, we got a note in the mail for present owners and something great happened. THEY DID IT ALL AGAIN!
