Recall Repairs I had a great experience from start to finish getting my Lexus recalls taken care of. When I called for an appointment, the recalls were listed under I had a great experience from start to finish getting my Lexus recalls taken care of. When I called for an appointment, the recalls were listed under my name (I purchased my car at Hoffman Lexus) and I was given an appointment, which included a loaner car for the following week at my convenience. When I arrived, a pre-assigned service advisor, Monica Pelletier, greeted me right away and showed me to her office. She immediately began to process what was needed in a timely manner. The loaner car was new, clean, and non-smoking. Monica called when the service was complete. When I arrived she greeted me again and shared what the service technician had to say about my car. Nothing was urgent, and I was given a free oil change coupon. They also filled my car with gas. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and will return. More
