Excellent quick service! I'm from MA, and I was driving down to West Hartford, CT. While on I-84 W, my check engine light came on. I tried to figure out what was wrong with my car, and my manual said to call a Lexus dealership. I called the service department in East Hartford, CT, and they connected me to a service consultant, who really knew what she was talking about. She told me to bring my car in, but she couldn't guarantee that they could fix my car. I came in, and within 15 minutes, she told me what was wrong with my car. She also told me how they could fix it, and that they could fix it that day. I was in and out within an hour, and I didn't even make an appointment before hand. Also, while I was waiting, I sat in very nice recliner chairs that I've never seen at any other dealership, and I had a nice can of Coke, while I waited. More

Picked up my brand new Lexus I ran into a man driving a RX350. He gushed about the vehicle and Hoffman Lexus.
