They diagnosed the problem quickly, advised me of the timetable, offered a loaner car, and even informed me they will purchase a new engine cover. Craig was very apologetic while not throwing the mechanics under the bus, explaining the situation very clearly. I appreciate the extra effort, and am revising my reviews to reflect this. Being in a service technician job myself, I was willing to forgive the botched wheel rotation and balance Hoffman Lexus did during my last servicing, even though I had to return to the service center on a weekend, going painfully slowly on the back roads to avoid permanently damaging my car. However, one of my coworkers noticed a suspicious oil puddle in the parking lot and we tracked it down to my car two days after I visited Hoffman for an oil change. Furthermore, when I opened the hood to check if my oil level was high enough that I could even drive home from work, I found my engine cover was gone. More
