Great experience on short order! I recently found myself in a situation while visiting family in Windsor CT. Knowing that my 203 LS-430 needed a front wheel bearing, I traveled from V I recently found myself in a situation while visiting family in Windsor CT. Knowing that my 203 LS-430 needed a front wheel bearing, I traveled from Virginia to Connecticut and became increasing concerned about the noise the bearing was making. I was very concerned about making the return trip without the much needed repair. Calling the service department early morning Tuesday after the July 4th (Monday) weekend I was concerned that the service department might be overbooked with carryover work. Ms. Lindsay Fenton took my call and after determining what the problem was, and understanding that I needed to return to Virginia on Wednesday assured me that they could take care of my problem. Lindsey made an appointment for my car and made the decision to proceed with ordering the parts. When I arrived at the service center, Lindsey greeted me and again assured me that this problem could be resolved that day. Unfortunately my car did not cooperate as the wheel bearing was fused to knuckle sub-assembly. This meant that additional parts needed to be ordered and it would take additional time and could not be completed that day. Lindsey was very concerned about my need to leave first thing Wednesday morning, and indicated that she would do everything possible to get the repairs competed as soon as possible. (This included having the parts shipped overnight in order to complete the repairs Wednesday morning.) Lindsey was very professional and communicated all aspects of this repair and problems to me over several phone calls and text messages. I have to say that I have never received better treatment from an auto service center. Hoffman Lexus should take great pride in it's service department and personnel. Not only my service consultant Lindsey Fenton but the technician Gabriel Kuronya, who worked diligently to complete the repairs as quickly as possible. When I picked my car up on Wednesday morning it was running great, with no more noise from the wheel bearing, and an issue with the brakes I was having had been resolved as well. Finally I was given a complete multi-point inspection report indicating that all major systems (including tire wear) where OK. This is service above and beyond! I want to thank everyone on the Hoffman team who made this a great experience. More
