I spoke with Monica who miraculously found a way to fit me in, and an hour after dropping it off that afternoon, the service was complete! Very disappointing customer service After trying to call several Service Associates to schedule an appointment (left voicemails but never got a call back after having waited for a day an After trying to call several Service Associates to schedule an appointment (left voicemails but never got a call back after having waited for a day and a half) I went to the dealership to get my tires checked as the pressure was critically low. To provide some context, the TPMS light had been turning on frequently over the last few months so the last time I went to get it checked, the service associate trainee recommended that I get it checked the next time it turns on. After a long wait to get checked in (and no apologies for the long wait), I was told that it might take a couple of hours and I was ok with that as I had brought my laptop so I could work. The Service Associate told me to wait in the lounge and that she would come and give me an update on what is wrong with the car and what needs to be done and how much it would cost. I waited for over an hour and did not get an update. So I went to the Associate and she told me that it had been a very busy afternoon so she didn't have the time to come and give me an update. But that the tire had a nail and that they were patching it and it should be ready soon. So I went back to the lounge and an hour later, I still had no update on my car. So I went back to ask for an estimate on how long it would take (as it had already been over 2 hours at this point) and she told me that it had gone for a wash. She also reminded me that she had warned me about it taking up to 2 hours. The car was ready 15 minutes later. It took 2.5 hours to get my car. While I was okay with the wait, I really did not appreciate the customer service or complete lack of it. All I was looking for was periodic updates and a friendly attitude. I am very happy with the mechanics and the way my tire was patched but disappointed with the service. The sales associate that sold us the car had left the company shortly after he made the sale (after working there for over 20 years) and I am wondering if it has got anything to do with that. We really miss him and the exemplary customer service he provided. More
