I left a message for Tom and he called me back and remembered our purchase so many years ago. I told Tom what I was thinking and what I was looking for. I went to the showroom on Saturday and after test driving two cars and talking to Tom I purchased a 2014 ES350. The purchase experience was as good as it was 11 years ago! I plan on buying my next Lexus from Tom a little quicker than the time between my last two purchases! Tom is a great guy and his service is second to none. More

I elected to wait at the dealership to have the repair diagnosed and performed, was offered breakfast (which was very tasty) and had that plus coffee while reading the paper and watching TV in the waiting lounge (which was clean and very pleasant). Before long, my service rep advised me what was found and the repair was done in short order. The overall experience was excellent. This is my second Lexus to be serviced at Hoffman and it has always been a first rate experience. The Hoffman Lexus Service Dept. is the best I have ever experienced of any brand, anywhere both here in CT and when I lived in Calif. More

Return trip I have been a long time customer and frequent user of the service dept. My experiences have been excellent but this last one was disappointing. I rece I have been a long time customer and frequent user of the service dept. My experiences have been excellent but this last one was disappointing. I recently came in for my 70k check and had the front brakes replaced and machined the rotors. When left I noticed the brake pedal seemed softer than before but drove it for a few weeks to see if I would get used to it. Eventually I came back and was told I needed the brakes flushed for an additional $150. It was also found I had a right rear shock that leaked. For the first time ever, it didn't feel right. I am not sure if there is something I am not appreciating here but was affected enough to write this note. Vince Vallario More
