There is no effort on my part, as they drop off a loaner to my place of work. And they return the car cleaned both inside and out. love the Lexus brand This is my third Lexus purchase and I really am sold on this brand as they have been very reliable and safe. Best Lexus dealer in CT I just leased a new 2016 RX 350 from Hoffman Lexus. This was my second lease with them and again they exceeded all my expectations. The entire sales a I just leased a new 2016 RX 350 from Hoffman Lexus. This was my second lease with them and again they exceeded all my expectations. The entire sales and delivery process was easy, hassle free and extremely efficient. All of my negotiations were done via email and all I had to was sign paperwork and drive away. They make it very easy to do business with, in fact, we were so pleased with the staff and entire process, my wife leased a 2016 NX the next day. Karan Singh was our sales person and he was fantastic to work with. I have leased 5 other Lexus vehicles through a another CT dealer and that experience was very poor. Hoffman Lexus is the best dealer in CT and probably the Northeast. More
