The entire sales and delivery process was easy, hassle free and extremely efficient. All of my negotiations were done via email and all I had to was sign paperwork and drive away. They make it very easy to do business with, in fact, we were so pleased with the staff and entire process, my wife leased a 2016 NX the next day. Karan Singh was our sales person and he was fantastic to work with. I have leased 5 other Lexus vehicles through a another CT dealer and that experience was very poor. Hoffman Lexus is the best dealer in CT and probably the Northeast. More

He remembered me and we had a pleasant conversation, including what's new with the '16 Lexus after I asked. He did not push sales but rather asked how we were enjoying our Lexus and would have, I'm sure, been happy to discuss possible interest in new cars had I indicated an interest in doing so. The timing of the service call was precisely as suggested up front, even with the addition of the needed wheel alignment. I tried to make the service appointment online but it consistently would not let me move beyond the 25,000 mile check, even after trying to do so on three separate occasions. The phone appointment was pleasant and efficient. The inability to make the appointment online was the only negative part of the experience. More
