Monica kept me informed as to what was happening with the 25,000 mile check and of other needed service. I walked around the showroom and saw Ethan who sold us the car 1 1/2 yrs ago. He remembered me and we had a pleasant conversation, including what's new with the '16 Lexus after I asked. He did not push sales but rather asked how we were enjoying our Lexus and would have, I'm sure, been happy to discuss possible interest in new cars had I indicated an interest in doing so. The timing of the service call was precisely as suggested up front, even with the addition of the needed wheel alignment. I tried to make the service appointment online but it consistently would not let me move beyond the 25,000 mile check, even after trying to do so on three separate occasions. The phone appointment was pleasant and efficient. The inability to make the appointment online was the only negative part of the experience. More
